Bradley A. Ament is a Managing Partner and is responsible for co-managing all investment activities. Prior to joining NCF in 2006, Mr. Ament was a Director, Team Leader with Merrill Lynch Capital, where he actively managed a team of professionals responsible for originating, underwriting and managing debt and equity investments with private equity clients. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital, he was a Senior Vice President for Heller Financial, Inc. and GE Capital. Mr. Ament has over 32 years of experience in leverage finance. He has provided capital for manufacturers, distributors and service companies in a broad array of industries. Mr. Ament holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

His experience includes Chase Bank, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, Co-founder of ORIX Leveraged Finance, and as a Senior Vice President with BBVA Sponsor Coverage. Mr. Kelley has over 30 years of experience in leveraged finance and sponsor coverage. He has provided capital for manufacturers, distributors and service companies across a broad array of industries. Kevin P. Jones is the Chief Financial Officer with NCF and is responsible for contributing to investment activities and assisting in fund management, accounting and compliance. Prior to joining NCF in 2012, Mr. Jones was a Credit Risk Analyst at IntercontinentalExchange, ICE Clear Credit LLC. Mr. Jones was employed at KPMG, LLP from 2003 through 2009 in the Transaction Services department, conducting financial due diligence mostly on behalf of private equity firms. Mr. Jones has over 22 years of transaction and financial diligence experience. Mr. Jones earned a BBA in Accounting and an MSA, both from the University of Notre Dame.
