April 8, 2026 – New Canaan Funding Mezzanine VII SBIC, LP (“NCF VII SBIC”) provided financing to support a refinancing and an add-on acquisition by PureCars Technologies, LLC (“PureCars” or the “Company”), which is owned by Diversis Capital (“Diversis”).  NCF provided debt as part of this acquisition.

PureCars, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, develops automotive business intelligence and marketing automation technology for auto deals and agencies.  The Company provides omnichannel marketing automation that allows advertisement builders with data-driven campaign management tools to optimize spending a deliver high-impact advertisements across search, display, video, social, and fixed operations platforms, increasing efficiency and profitability.

New Canaan Funding (“NCF”), with offices in Naples, Florida; Southlake, TX; New Canaan, Connecticut and Wheaton, Illinois, is a mezzanine firm focused on the middle market private sponsor community.  Since its beginnings in 1995, NCF has targeted acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth financings in conjunction with its private equity clients.  NCF is currently investing out of its seventh fund.  The investment in PureCars represents NCF VII SBIC’s seventeenth investment in the fund.  This financing represents the second investment with Diversis in NCF VII SBIC.
