Mr. Mix has over 25 years of experience in leverage finance and consulting with firms such as Citibank and Arthur Andersen. He has provided capital for manufacturers, distributors, service companies and retailers in a broad array of industries including food products, transportation, steel and general manufacturing. Mr. Mix holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Bradley A. Ament is a Member and is responsible for co-managing all investment activities. Prior to joining NCF in 2006, Mr. Ament was a Director, Team Leader with Merrill Lynch Capital, where he actively managed a team of professionals responsible for originating, underwriting and managing debt and equity investments with private equity clients. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital, he was a Senior Vice President for Heller Financial, Inc. and GE Capital where he had a broad range of experiences including originating, underwriting and managing debt, minority equity and control equity investments. Mr. Ament has over 18 years of experience in leverage finance. He has provided capital for manufacturers, distributors and service companies in a broad array of industries. Mr. Ament holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Gregory Kopchinsky is a Founding Member and is responsible for international investor relations. Mr. Kopchinsky is also a Venture Partner of Canaan Partners, joining the Canaan organization in 1990 from J.P. Morgan, where for over six years he was responsible for fulfilling the financing needs of various ventures. His activities included primary responsibilities for originating, structuring and eventually placing equity-related securities as well as overall development of the domestic and international equity private placement activities at J.P. Morgan. Before coming to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Kopchinsky was associated for three years with the major international law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he was involved in a number of venture capital financings. Mr. Kopchinsky received his business (MBA) and law (JD) degrees from Columbia University.

Sharon A. Fitzpatrick, is a Vice President/Analyst with New Canaan Funding LLC. Prior to joining NCF in 2002, Ms. Fitzpatrick was an Executive Assistant with Ryan Partnership where she provided support to the President and two Executive Vice Presidents. She researched new marketing leads and oversaw office operations for her department. Prior to joining Ryan Partnership, Ms. Fitzpatrick was an Executive Assistant for Olin Corporation where she provided support to the Vice President and Director of Marketing and prepared presentations and reports. Also she trained and assisted department employees on Microsoft Office. Prior to joining Olin Corporation, Ms. Fitzpatrick was a Marketing Coordinator for Nine West Group where she performed demographic research. Ms. Fitzpatrick has over 15 years of research and analysis experience; 8 years in leverage finance. Ms. Fitzpatrick holds a BS in Business Management from Teikyo Post University.
